Cimarron is hosting the GWAC HS/JH Cross Country meet at the golf course this Thursday, October 15th. The meet will start at 4:00 with 4 races. This lasts for about 2.5 hours. We are needing help with this meet. Currently, we need people to help at the finish line and to help keeping people off our golf greens. If you are interested and can help us out, please contact either Brooke Batman or Jeff Blattner at the high school. Thank you!

❤️ HEAR IT FROM OUR STUDENTS
One of the most meaningful parts of being a principal is seeing the students grow, learn, laugh, struggle, succeed, and become who they are meant to be.
Today, we're sharing a few words from the students who make our school worth it every day.

🎩 THE ENCOURAGER
Some days people need an answer.
Some days they need a solution.
And some days… they just need someone to say:
“You’ve got this.” ❤️
Thank you for being an encourager and reminding the people around you that they can do hard things.

School days don't always go according to plan. 😂
But when something unexpected happens, someone has to figure it out.
Thank you for tackling the problems, finding solutions, and helping our school keep moving forward!

🎩 THE LISTENER
Sometimes leadership isn't about having the answer.
Sometimes it's simply about listening.
To a student.
To a teacher.
To a parent.
To a staff member.
Thank you for making time to listen and making people feel heard. ❤️

💬 ONE WORD
We asked our staff to describe our principal in ONE word.
The answers say a lot about the kind of leader they see every day.
❤️ Today, we’re celebrating the person behind those words.
