Results from varsity tennis at Colby today: # 1 doubles- Crimson Sonday and Evan Vath 2nd place! #2 doubles- Tayley Kopper and Ashlynn Randa 5th place! #2 singles- Magie Medina 4th place!

Cross-country had an amazing first meet on a very tough course with perfect weather. Three boys earned medals out of 83 runners. Asher English 6th Ian Harmon 8th Trent Briggs 11th For the ladies, Janae Fugitt took home 1st, and Freahman, Jyntri Wilson took home 5th. Seniors Madilyn Burkhart and Angelica Rangle placed within the top 25! For junior high, Raeya Stratzer earned a 9th place medal! Everyone did an amazing job on the tough course. I saw a lot of grit and can’t wait for South Gray on the 14th!

JH Football defeats Colby tonight by a score of 42-0! Way to go Jays!

Due to numbers, tonight there will be only 1 JH football game which will be a mix of 7th and 8th grade. The game will start at 4 PM at the CHS field!

The students are doing sidewalk math this morning. There are math equations written in sidewalk chalk and the they need to solve it. A great way to keep engagement high.

I've refrained from sending any personal posts on this site. Yesterday was too special. I rang the gong after my support walk. I've been asked why do we stay in Cimarron. It's b/c the support, care, & LOVE. To the entire community, USD 102 staff, & students, I LOVE YOU! 🫶🏻🤟🏻

HS Volleyball results from tonight: Varsity defeated Pawnee Heights! Varsity was defeated by Spearville and South Gray. JV was defeated by Spearville and South Gray.

Reminder: All mini cheer forms are due to the school by Wednesday, September 4th!

USD 102 will run mud routes only tomorrow.

HS Varsity tennis has been postponed until next Thursday, September 5th with a start time of 3 PM.

Attention JH football parents. There will be a JH football parent meeting tomorrow, August 27th at 6:30 PM in the high school auditorium. Please attend if possible!
